Man found with multiple gunshot wounds off Grimball Road early Saturday, deputies say

JAMES ISLAND, S.C. (WCBD) – Authorities are investigating a weekend shooting on James Island that left a man injured.

Deputies with the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) responded to an address off Grimball Road shortly after 5:00 a.m. Saturday and found a male with multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim was taken to the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). His injuries were considered non-life threatening, according to CCSO.

No arrests have been made.
